    To set up a new account, visit our website and click on "Sign Up”. Follow the prompts to enter your information and set up your account with your school code.
  • How do I change my password?
    Log in to the teacher portal via the website using your school email address and current password. Click “Settings” in the top right corner. Click “change your password” and make changes. If you have signed in using Clever or Google SSO, manage your password through those accounts. See how.
  • What are the technical requirements for Shoonya Kids?
    Shoonya Kids is an iOS app that requires iOS 16 or higher, internet connection to install, a compatible iOS device (iPad, iPhone), and the latest version of the Shoonya Kids app.

  • How do I renew my membership billed through iTunes?
    Go to your iTunes account settings, find the subscription for Shoonya Kids, and select "Renew Subscription." Follow the prompts to complete the renewal process.

    To cancel iTunes billing, go to your iTunes account settings, find the subscription for Shoonya Kids, and select "Cancel Subscription."
  • What languages are available?
    Shoonya Kids currently offers Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, Spanish, and English. We are continuously working to add more languages to our app, so stay tuned for updates!

    Shoonya Kids offers a free version of the app with limited access to features. However, to unlock the full potential of the app and gain access to all languages and activities, you can choose from our affordable subscription plans.
  • How do I change a student’s name?
    Navigate to the Student Dashboard in the teacher portal using the login you created during onboarding. Select the student, and edit their name in the provided field. See how.
  • How do I switch users on a classroom iPad?
    Switching users on a classroom icon is as simple as navigating back to the classroom roster on the ipad and choosing another profile, then tapping play!
  • What is my Shoonya Kids username?
    Your Shoonya Kids username will be your school email address.
  • How do I change a student’s image (avatar)?
    In the Classroom Roster section in the app, select the student you wish to change the avatar of and tap on the image of the student with an edit pencil next to it. There students can change the avatar they wish to display to identify them.
  • Can I assign custom activities to different students?
    Yes, you can customize the learning experience by assigning activities to individual students by clicking on the student’s name and overriding classroom settings. See how.

    Your roster can be accessed via the Student Dashboard in a browser at https://portal.shoonyakids.com/login or through the app using the gear icon in the top right corner.

    It is recommended to use full first and last names when setting up your classroom in order to accurately track student information.
  • How do I add a class if I have already have a teacher account?
